Please do not send payment card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through our enquiry form.

How and why we use information

We use enquiry and vehicle details to respond, assess whether a service is suitable, prepare quotes, arrange attendance and perform the agreed work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing our contract with you. We use necessary records to meet legal obligations, including accounting requirements. We rely on legitimate interests to administer enquiries, keep appropriate service records, secure our website and address complaints or legal claims, balancing those interests against your rights. Where consent is required for optional marketing or non-essential cookies, we will ask separately. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
